First Snow at GS

On December 14, the temperature nearly dropped to eleven degrees Fahrenheit overnight, and the first snow of the season arrived at George School. Many boarding students gathered early in the morning to enjoy the campus blanketed in fresh snow. Whether building snowmen, photographing snow as it settled on tree branches, or sliding down the South Lawn on sleds, a wide variety of exciting activities were available to students and faculty families. The snowfall brought an enormous sense of vibrancy to the weekend.
