Hi! I’m Lucy, the Editor-in-Chief of Curious George. I’m from Shanghai, China, and I’m a prefect in East Main. I’ve been at CG for three years. This year, I hope we can keep growing our print and digital publications and build a community where everyone can share their passion for journalism. Most importantly, I want us to work together as a team, support each other, and HAVE FUN along the way!

Hi, I’m Emma — the Managing Editor of Curious George! I am a junior boarding student from Manhattan, New York City. Previously a Lead Editor of the US and World Section, I have been at CG since I was a freshman. This year, I hope to streamline the publishing process, upgrade our website, and bring the team closer together. Outside my work with the publication, I also play varsity tennis and compete on the Speech and Debate Team.

Hi, I am Albert. I am a senior day student from Yardley, PA. I will be the Lead Editor of the Student Life Section and the Print Editor this year. I am very excited to work on designing the physical editions of the newspaper. Outside of Curious George, I enjoy playing soccer and listening to and playing music.

Hello! I’m Eleanor, the Deputy Editor of the Student Life Section for Curious George! I’ve been with CG for the past two years, and this is my first year on the editorial board! As deputy editor, I’m hoping to aid in providing support to our writers and help create an overall positive and productive section environment. In previous years, with the help of past section editors, I’ve been able to balance my school and CG responsibilities while simultaneously continuing to pursue my own interests outside of school, and I hope to help new writers do the same!

Hi guys, my name is Jason Ma, and I will be the new Deputy Editor of the George School Section for the upcoming year. I am a junior based in Toronto, Canada, and it is my third year in Curious George. My goal for this year is to help both returning and new members publish articles and enjoy a good time along the way! Outside of Curious George, I am also a part of the tennis team and love to play tennis during my free time. I also love movies, my favorite being LA Confidential.

Hi! My name is Athena, and I’m a sophomore day student from Yardley, PA. I joined Curious George as a freshman, and this year I’ll be the Lead Editor for the US & World Section. Aside from the newspaper, I love playing field hockey, running, and reading. I can’t wait to see what this year will bring!

Hi! I’m Clare, and I’m a sophomore day student from New Hope, PA. This is my second year at Curious George, and I’ll be a Deputy US and World Editor this year! My goal is to keep the GS community informed on global events, how they impact our school, and the actions we can take to better our community. Outside of Curious George, I play as a goalie on the GS field hockey team, climb for GS climbing, and I love to paint and draw.

Hi, I’m Joy, and I’m the Media Lead Editor this year. I’m from Shenzhen, China, and I love horseback riding, painting, and watching anime. It’s a pleasure to highlight aspects of the GS community, and I’m looking forward to doing so with different forms of media.

Hi! I’m Haerin, and I’m a junior boarder from Guatemala City, Guatemala. I have been part of Curious George since my sophomore year, and I will be the Deputy Media Editor this year. Outside of Curious George, I enjoy playing volleyball with my friends, going on walks, and taking pictures of landscapes. I am looking forward to publishing various photo articles and creating a stronger connection between writers and photographers.
